Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for information submitted through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Courses and enrolment

Course availability, pricing, and enrolment requirements are communicated to you before enrolment. Accounts are created by ICTECH Solutions Limited once a training agreement is reached, and course fees are settled directly with ICTECH outside this website. See the Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account, disrupt the service, or misuse course materials or website content. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.
